The office offers a variety of programs which are fee basis. Please call the office for the most current rates of services sought.
The initial assessment is $125 per 50-minute session. Subsequent standard 50-minute sessions are $100 for individual therapeutic sessions.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- How many employee benefit plan (EAP) sessions am I approved for?
Cash, and check are accepted for payment. We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Feel free to use your health savings and/or flexible spending account card for services within our agency, as applicable.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
No Show Fee on the 2nd occurrence: $100.00 flat fee (to be paid prior to or at the beginning of the next scheduled session) No show is any visit made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations fees on the 3rd occurrence: $100.00 flat fee (to be paid prior to or at the beginning of the next scheduled session) Cancellation is any visit cancelled in excess of 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
